About Rita Ashley
Rita Ashley coaches executives in their job search, leadership skills and problem solving. She is a technology recruiting veteran who not only worked closely with investors, executives and hiring authorities to staff senior positions in Seattle, she came to the job as a former Silicon Valley executive.
Ms. Ashley transitioned to executive coaching because she observed many top executives and technology professionals did not have the proper skills to land the jobs for which they were qualified or function at their highest levels once in place. She coached these executives and perfected her job search coaching process and executive coaching for career enhancement.
Today, her clients include Directors, VPs, CEOs and other executives who are brave enough to ask for help and smart enough to implement advice proven to work. Her lifelong relationships with other executives and work to help build Seattle’s high tech business community gives her insights to management and leadership that help her clients get to their objectives efficiently.
Ms. Ashley’s education includes certificates and degrees in technology, counseling, psychology and education. Hers is a ‘tough love’ approach to coaching with no words minced or hard topic avoided. This direct approach especially appeals to executives who want immediate results.
Armed with an insider’s view of how hiring gets done, Ms. Ashley teaches her clients life skills for career development and job search. Her job search clients get the jobs they are after and reach the promotions they target.
Executive coaching clients are praised for their presentations, clarity of thought, unique problem resolution solutions and focus on objectives. In a word, leadership. She has worked with executives to perfect their presentations to their Board and helps them see the rocks they need to avoid. Ms. Ashley is quick to teach the difference between strategy and tactics and the usefulness of benefits over features when crafting any pitch.
98% of her clients reach their goals within six months. To discuss your challenges and to learn how coaching can help you land your next job or improve your executive leadership, contact Rita.
